A great hotel, we would definitely love to stay here again. The balcony views are stunning.

Lovely hotel with great view

Great stay. The tram is in fron of the hotel and it is close to Zurich Lake.

My husband grabbed a snack bar by the buffet area, he didn’t know that it’s not part of the complimentary breakfast. Later, we saw the sign “Honesty Bar”. It’s quite sarcastic because nothing was in English except for that, it would be fair if there’re price tags letting people aware of it. We travel there with the main purpose of using the Bath, but was told that it was closed for annual maintenance until the last day of our stay. It would be nice for the Hotel to mention something in the information section before we paid for the stay.

This hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Old Town Zurich. We took an uber to get here from Zurich HB. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite facing the pool. The pool was having a huge promoted white party, so the bass and DJ were vibrating the room. However, the music was done at 8pm and we didn't hear anything else after that. The king bed was very comfortable. My son used the couch pull out, which we had to call down 2 times for them to bring up bedding because there was no bedding for it and we had to set it all up. The pool area was nice and we used it twice. My son and I tried the buffet breakfast and was highly disappointed for what I paid (80 swiss franks = $100 usd) for cold, mediocre food. I couldn't believe the price, but I had to feed my 9 year old. After that, we just uber eats or did not eat at the hotel because I was not paying that price daily. You definitely paid for what you pay for here.

Great location- easy walk from the train station even with roller luggage bags! Professional and attentive staff checked us in and had our bags to our room soon after we got to the door. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch! Nice interior shaded courtyard to dine or sip an aperol spritz after shopping. All fixtures were industrial grade commonly seen in Europe, as opposed to cheaply built US rooms. Older crowd here but it was super pleasant. And the room had AC!!!! Super helpful with the heat dome looming there.
