Staying in the summer is a nightmare, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, I complained to the front desk and they changed me to another room only to encounter the same problem, the mini fridge located in the room did not cool either, sweaty nights are not fun, I have to get a fan to at least have air circulation in my room, very disappointing stay at this hotel

Very well kept and extremely well located hotel, adjacent to the convention centre, so its purpose is obvious.
The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms are modern and well designed.
The gym is large and fairly well equipped.
The staff is super friendly and efficient.
A go-to place for those attending a meeting at the congress centre, and even for non business tourists.

"We were visiting during a heat wave and the rule is that you can set the AC, 5 degrees lower then the outside temperature.
