This was my second stay at Hotel Nelligan and I will definitely be returning. Nestled in a perfect location where everything is steps away. The hotel itself is a beautiful mix of old charm and modern amenities. Great restaurants right inside for the times you want to stay in but not miss fantastic cuisine Old Montreal has to offer. Hotel Nelligan is also filled with exceptional, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I booked on Expedia.com and it said as a Silver member I will get an extra perk of either a free valet parking or free breakfast. At check in, the front desk said there is no such a thing and would not honor and I have to call Expedia.com. I had to pay for it which I did. And I could not get in touch with Expedia. The hotel is a bit out dated though the room and bed are very comfortable and clean. Hallway is narrow, carpet so worn.

Our room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable—everything was spotless and well-appointed, with thoughtful details that made our stay extra relaxing. The bed was especially cozy, and we appreciated the quality linens and amenities. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything ran smoothly and felt effortless on our end. The location was also a major plus—central, convenient, and within walking distance of great dining, shopping, and local attractions. We would absolutely stay at The Warwick again and recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable place to stay with top-tier service.

Property is beautiful and unique with a mixture of old architecture and modern flare and interior with all the amenities one expects from a 5 star property. On site dining is among the best in the city. Eddy at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with!
