9.4/10 Exceptional! (4,890 reviews)
A fantastic hotel right in the heart of downtown Toronto. All the major attractions are within a reasonable walking distance.
The hotel is very modern and well appointed. The bathrooms are spacious with excellent showers. The beds are enormous and very comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold options. The hotel has an on site cafe/bar which is open until late as well.
The staff could have been more helpful. They took our bags up to our room when we checked in as we had to get our hire car back. Everyone was always very friendly and polite when you were on the hotel too.
The hotel has good bars and restaurants around it as well.
