Staff were awesome and food was great.

We enjoyed our stay and even received a complementary room upgrade which was nice. Room was clean. Convenient location. So close to many amenities and very walkable. Only issue was the rooms are sooo small (I can’t imagine how small our original room would have been) and when you turn the light on in the bathroom at night, the entire unit illuminates due to the frosted glass door. We were also there during a cold snap and the room was extremely drafty. Price was great and would consider staying again if price stays low.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

Excellent experience. Great staff throughout, nice treats in the room. Very comfortable bed, quiet room. Japanese toilet and unique tub. Excellent breakfast. Will visit Nobu again.

The rooms and common areas are modern and very clean. The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Union Hotel is a great place to stay near the heart of Toronto.

The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make my stay over the holidays great! The rooms were well appointed and beautiful.

Awesome venue great staff especially door team Ben , tennis was great !! Room was clean stocked and great view!! Will return !! Cafe a bit pricy but convenient.

The staff were exceptional. I loved my room upgrade! And birthday treats, it was very thoughtful. The only complaint is that the chromecasting was difficult to figure out. We had a great stay.

I liked how the hotel was built into the neighborhood. It didnt seem out of place. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Sound carried fairly well as we could hear our neighbours.
