Had a wonderful stay!

Found bed bugs in the room and staff had not helped at all. Alternative room provided did not have enough beds and I had to sleep on the floor. After all I have been charged normally. Overall the dirtiest and unfair hotel I have ever been.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is great within walking distance to some of the major attractions. I booked this hotel because of the restaurant and the location. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked about the rooftop bar and the restaurant and the front desk told me that they would check to see if there was even a reservation available… That to me was a bit frustrating since I’m spending a lot to stay at this hotel. We were able to get an early reservation at the rooftop bar and when we arrived, no one was there, but we were given a very poor location. I really had to push a little to get a good spot to have a good view of the sunset. I was told that a lot of places book early for this rooftop bar and restaurant. I would think they would give priority to their hotel guests that was not the case. The next night we had a reservation at the restaurant that we had booked in person and was told we would have one table, but then was given another table in the back when I once again mentioned, that’s not what we were told by Laura in the afternoon the day before they give us a little better spot but again was told that a lot of concierge book this restaurant and location for their guests. I guess my Main recommendation would be if you were staying at this hotel to make sure if you wanna enjoy these beautiful amenities, the rooftop bar and the restaurant. Make sure you book your reservations well in advance. Both gentlemen that work the entrance were the best. Front desk 🙁

I really enjoyed my stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and has a really nice atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, very spacious, modern, and extremely clean. I was definitely impressed with the room and the hotel overall. I also appreciated that the restaurants were reasonably priced, especially for Las Vegas. One of my favorite conveniences was having a pizza place open 24 hours. That was a huge plus, especially after being out late! The pool area was beautiful, and I especially loved the adult pools. My biggest disappointment was how early the pools closed. In Vegas, I definitely expected to be able to enjoy the pool area later in the evening. I was also very disappointed that I couldn’t bring my Fat Tuesday drink into the pool area. I understand hotels have their own policies, but as a guest wanting to relax by the pool with a drink I had already purchased, that was frustrating. Overall, I had a great experience. The beautiful, spacious rooms, cleanliness, modern atmosphere, reasonably priced food, 24-hour pizza, and adult pool area were all highlights. With later pool hours and a little more flexibility regarding outside drinks, my experience would have been even better. I would definitely consider staying here again!
