Leandro at check in was very nice! Our stay was unfortunately disappointing, particularly given the expectations created by the resort’s advertising. One of the biggest concerns was the way the resort’s pools and water amenities are advertised. The resort promotes its various pools and water park, but not all amenities are included with the hotel stay. The main water park requires an additional admission fee, which was not made clear enough when booking and felt misleading. The condition of our hotel room was also unacceptable. The floor was visibly dirty and needed to be mopped upon arrival. A basic amenity such as a hair dryer was also missing from the room, and we had to contact room service twice before one was delivered—over an hour later. What was particularly frustrating was receiving a follow-up call asking whether we were certain these items were not already in the room. Rather than making us feel heard as guests, the questioning made us feel uncomfortable and as though our report was being doubted. This is not the type of interaction guests should have to experience when simply requesting basic necessities. Overall, there were several issues that significantly affected our experience. The resort needs to be more transparent about which amenities require additional fees, improve room cleanliness, and provide better communication and customer service when guests bring concerns to their attention. El hotel estaba espectacular, lo único que no me gustó es que pedí que me cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron y tienen desayuno pero no para los huéspedes, el desayuno es solo para los inversionistas que no se porque es así si yo estoy hospedada porque no tengo el derecho de adquirirlo, no lo quiero gratis solo que den la opción de pagarlo más que uno va con niños y lo único que tienen es un Starkucks

Loved everything about the hotel! We had a room with a view of the golf course. Had breakfast every morning at the course it was really good!! I'd definitely stay there again

Room clean and property is very nice. Watch out for resort fees, the $40 per day was disclosed, but the other $20 resort access fee was not. When asked about thr fee the front desk stated that is a extra fee that you have to pay to stay on property. Clubhouse restaurant was amazing food but be aware if you sre not golfing you are not allowed to eat there. They stated for golfers only.

Excellent hotel, with modern and spacious rooms and great location. The restaurant seemed great, however you need a reservation to get in for diner since the staff at the hospital usually eats there. The only inconvenience is the noise from the ambulances acteoss the street, so make sure to ask for a room facing the opposite street.
