Clean room and supportive staff

Overall the stay was fine. When booking, it’d be helpful if it’s made clear that most of the cottages are upwards of a mile or more away from the main resort area. This makes trips to use the pool and water park vehicle trips coupled with finding parking. Also, what set the trip off in the worst possible way was the fact that immediately after checking in, you are literally herded to a kiosk where they begin a high pressure timeshare pitch complete with “what time can we pick you up for your meeting tomorrow?” We just flew in, haven’t seen the resort yet, have starving kids, and already have to fight off this nonsense. A great way to abuse your patrons and ensure they will have a bad experience immediately upon arrival. That alone was almost enough to make someone not want to return.

We had a great stay. Very spacious. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. Our feet got really dirty very quickly and with little kids we had to clean their feet multiple times while in the home.

My experience at Floridays Resort was amazing. The 2 Bedroom Suite was perfect for my family 5 day trip. It is so close to everything! Around the corner from the premium outlets, to less than 20 minutes from all the parks and attractions, and even the Mall at Millennia. We also had, Aldi’s, Ross, Burlington, Target, Sephora to name a few, and my favorite Chick Fil A all in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. I usually do not write reviews but this place deserved a good one! I also loved how if i did not want to leave the property I did not have to, as they had a pool side bar, cafe’ that also served comfort foods and a game room for the kids. We also were able to cook in the room if we did not want to eat out as it was like a full size 2 bedroom apartment with the main room on one side of the suite. While we did not use the Jacoozi, the hot water in the shower was perfect. Some stays usually lose points as the water is lukewarm or mostly cold. Our room also overlooked a lake with some turtles, that was kind of cool. There was also a gentleman at the front desk a Mr. Mike who was very welcoming! If you do stay here, I hope your stay was just as amazing!

Very very clean and the staff was very kind. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or spa but we did enjoy our stay. Also, love the Le Labo

What a fabulous resort!!! Welcoming from the time we arrived! The pool area is fantastic and amenities nearby, sunset walk has so many restaurants and different things going on everynight. Lots of other restaurant choices nearby as well 5-7 min drive from the hotel! Lots of shopping close by as well! Honestly I’m so glad I chose this resort! The staff were all wonderful and helpful! The resort was clean and the room was fantastic! Went to the waterpark twice as it was included with our stay first time we went right when it opened 2nd time in the afternoon and it was so insane so I would just recommend going in the morning if you don’t like crowds! Fantastic 5 days!

I got there a little early and they were able to get me right into my room. The room was perfectly clean! The bed was very comfortable and the A/C was amazing (it was like 100° outside) and kept my room nice and cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area
