Beach and staff were amazing

We recently stayed at Seapoint and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout—professional, warm, and consistently helpful. The accommodations were clean and well maintained, with beautiful ocean views. The food was excellent—fresh, well prepared, and consistently high quality. A memorable stay that reflects genuine pride in service and execution.

Average. Some staff great, others not trained well with poor customer service skills. Buffet sometimes ran out of items and they were not refilled.

Good hotel, decent food options from half board package

I had a wonderful vacation in the Resort, and my overall experience was excellent. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mauritius. I would like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping supervisor for his outstanding service. Late at night, around 12:00 a.m., when some food was accidentally spilled on the deck, he personally came to assist. He brought a mop and cleaned the area himself with great care and professionalism. This level of dedication, especially at such a late hour, truly reflects the high standards and genuine hospitality of the resort staff. Moments like this made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the team, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable vacation in Mauritius.

Positives: The room we had was stunning and was kept to a great standard. Very comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and were willing to go above and beyond to help Good security Good communication between housekeeping Eco friendly and perfect place to stay if you want to be surrounded by nature Negatives: Check in process and checkout process are very lengthy. We had been waiting 45 minutes before our room was ready and we had arrived at check in time Resort is a bit far from main shops and food places etc so can feel a bit isolated. Cinema was unavailable for most of our stay so we were unable to utilise this, which felt a bit like we had wasted our money if we couldn’t take advantage of the amenities and whatever the resort had to offer. Not that many activities for adults to do, rather more to do for children.
