my family and I had a wonderful week here! We loved the food, the pool activities, how passionate the staff were and of course the lovely scenery & weather of jamaica!

The staff at this hotel is top notch. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are immaculate. There is housekeeping offered twice a day, morning and evening. The turn down service at the end of the night was wonderful to come back to after dinner. Special mention to Nicholas @ Oregano and Vladimir @ The Grill went above and beyond in providing a great experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the experience and food never disappoint.

Clean room and staff.

Staff seemed overwhelmed. Needed to stay one more night due to travel/airline issues...was informed they'd do all possible to keep us in same room only to be told late the night before we had to leave.

Buffet was not all that great. Clean resort Lots of cats Pools and entertainment was good All in all was a good quick trip

Staff were friendly enough but some could use some enthusiasm reminders. The pool bar staff did not seem to like their job. Front desk people were very friendly and inviting
