The resort was gorgeous. Lots to do. Pools were clean and huge.The staff was helpful and friendly. Food was ok. We were on 4th floor and elevator was out of commission. Also, the ice machine wasn't working, but out butler would bring us ice for two days.
We still had a beautiful time.

Ever thing was amazing! From the time we walked in to the time we walked out the staff treated us amazingly! The food was great, as well as the shows, entertainment team, everything! Our butler 10/10 shout out to Bolivar he was amazing the whole time we were there! Overall 10/10 experience

Necesitan coordinar mejor la recogida de las maletas porque nunca fueron por las mías, de resto Excelente la atención, room service rápido y sencillo, restaurantes de fácil acceso y buena variedad de comida, muchas opciones para disfrutar de un día de piscina y el parque acuático una excelente opción para pasar el día con tus hijos.
