Great location nearby restaurants and cafes. It’s also nearby the bus and train station. The only thing is that the bells from the cathedral ring throughout the night which would constantly wake us up but other than that everything was great!

This is my second stay at this hotel and I will always stay here when I’m visiting Bern. It’s a lovely true 5 star property and the staff are always so welcoming.

Loved the location & the shower! Also the staff is nice and friendly. Overall did not like the room, It is a small room and was hot. The windows we needed to open but it was on the first floor so everyone across could
Look in. That was not convenient and uncomfortable. Sofa Chair was broken we couldn’t sit on it. Poor lighting only one switch for all or none. The bathroom has an etched glass you can see the shadow of the person showering so if you are with other family members it might be uncomfortable too. That obligated us to shower with the light off so our sillohoutte wouldn’t be seen. It was ok stay.

"Extra 2CHF fee if you pay with card. Room was small and cold. In the shower water was just warmish, more cold. Internet was good. Host is kindly. There is a supermaket nearby. Breakfast was good with eggs, cheese, salami and jam."
