The staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was amazing - from the front desk to the concierge. We just stoped over for a night and glad we chose this location over the pretentious and overpriced sister hotel Belles Rives.

On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely.
The breakfast buffet and choices were fantastic with lots of healthy options and the quality was excellent.
