This was advertised as breakfast included. It wasn’t. It was 25€ per person. When we checked in the attendant stayed at his desk and never offered help or acknowledgment. When we checked out the attendant was wonderful, and kind-helped us to find the shuttle schedule and was very pleasant. The restaurant was lovely, clean, well decorated. The room was very nice, however to AC unit made a high pitched squeal when it was running and it was not conducive to a restful environment.

Second visit to this hotel, previous room at the front of the building with views overlooking the various landmarks of Brussels, a quiet room with a nice view. This time I stayed in the garden area which was at the rear of the hotel, also quiet and overlooking the gardens with calming sounds of birds etc. both nice options. Used the gym and enjoyed excellent breakfast options, fresh fruit, pastries, hot cooked options and a new breakfast menu on each table to select from, a nice improvement which included a Belgian waffle. Breakfast again was excellent. The location is ideal for short stays with a metro nearby to visit other parts of Brussels and easy 8 stops from midi station. This hotel area is quiet and very convenient for working at the EU HQ. It is easy enough to get to the other areas if needed by transport. A nice option for short stays in Brussels. This was a nice location, 5 mine walk to/from Bruxelles Nord metro, and the main strip of shopping, and other tourist sites. Since it was in the north, it was a bit more quiet, and near a lovely park. The staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel itself was perfect, especially the family room (we had a room for 5) which was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely. It was a 5 minute walk to the Midi train station and 15-20 minute walk to the Grand-Place, which was also very convenient. However, the area in which the hotel is situated is very dirty, with piles of trash in the streets. There was also quite a bit of loud construction in the area. We would not have felt safe walking back to the hotel at night in this area (and were specifically advised not to), which did limit our evening plans.

Overall experience is 10/10.

Very nicely appointed room with luxury toiletries and very kind housekeeping service. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful across the board. Their hospitality made it a truly lovely stay!

Rooms were nice but all had adjoining doors to next room so were noisy. Staff seemed impatient and a bit harassed. It was an expensive hotel so I expected a bit more.
