Loved our stay, the staff were great & made our daughter’s 1st birthday very special! 10/10 recommend all families we will definitely be back. The food was amazing as well

Space was very clean and there was lots to do and many great food options

Mimi and Daniel were amazing! They both were great with guest interactions and provided a great experience at the rum tasting as well as other places we interacted. Our servers were all awesome as well as every entertainment act we saw. There were mixed experiences with hosts at restaurants. Walking around the resort every person was extremely friendly and would say hi or good morning or check in with how your stay is going. The check-in process was extremely difficult and disorganized the day we arrived although it appeared, there was a very large group of non-English speakers in front of us that seem to be the main holdup, but check-in process took over an hour. Because the hurricane happened somewhat recently, there were some issues with the elevator elevators. Air-conditioning and the ATM. Also special about out to the man working at the coffee shop I didn’t catch his name but he was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

Positives Staff - The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Grounds - Immaculate Activities - There are many activities to choose from. You literally cant be bored unless you want to be. Food - They have a wide variety each day Negatives: Rooms - Looks and feels average. There was nothing special about it. Room Service - The quantity of itiems placed in the room fell short as if they didbt expect us. Food - While they had a wide variety, the food tasted like it could be better seasoned.

Staff were amazing! Pools are lovely. But rooms are dated and windows overlooking the sea had so many salt spots it was hard to enjoy the view, just fyi. The couch in my room was horribly stained and there were bits of trash under edges of furniture when I checked in. Not a huge deal, just notable.

The experience of this all-inclusive resort was a 9/10! This past May 2026 we decided to take a trip to St.Lucia for our 20th anniversary & we brought along our 14 year old daughter and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail warmth, and world-class hospitality, making our stay truly unforgettable. The entertainment that was provided every other night was top tier & brought families together. * The Silk restaurant stood out with its refined flavors and impeccable quality. * The Marketplace restaurant buffet was indulgent and thoughtfully curated. * The cocktails, and mocktails were crafted to perfection—refreshing and sophisticated. * Don't want to forget the Jerk treehouse was my go to everyday during lunch. So much vibrant, bold, and flavor! This resort delivered a flawless blend of family fun, serenity, and personalized service. It was the perfect setting to celebrate a milestone as special as our 20th anniversary. We leave with beautiful memories and immense gratitude. Highly recommended for those seeking for relaxing all-inclusive family environment.

The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs.
