Won a bid for room upgrade but when booking in none available. No biscuits with tea tray. Definitely overrated hotel.

Poor internet connections

Love this hotel. Fantastic location, great beds and rooms. Staff are lovely and has great facilities. Cost was more than reasonable. Loved it and would stay again.

Excellent service, extremely comfortable bed and lovely rooms and grounds

The air conditioner barely pushed out cool air during the night. Also dynamic pricing for a busy weekend was a rip off. Not worth the money but they had the vacancy and took full advantage.

A wonderful gem in a stunning location. The pub is great, the accommodation comfortable and good value. The food we had was lovely from a menu with good variety. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend

Drfo hoing back soon. My partner and i went forbour bitthday, snd it was amazing in rvery way. Thr treatment, staff and accommodation was first class.

I tried calling the reception desk during evening and early morning hours, but no one was available to assist with my requests. The security guard would answer, but say they couldn't help and that I'd have to wait until morning. Unfortunately, I had a visitor and wasn't able to offer them a drink, which was quite disappointing.
