Clean room. Expensive parking, daily amenities fee and not sure what they offered for the $35 per day.

This is my favorite San Francisco hotel/condo. I’ve stayed here five times and highly recommend it.

The property was okay, smaller room, a portion of the carpet was taped together, the breakfast was decent.

Hotel was very nice and staff Also loved the decor There needs to be some maintenance or removal of vagrants and homeless people at door exits as it was scary exiting the garage and exits to the exterior Otherwise would had been perfect

The rooms were generously proportioned. I stayed here for 18 days so that was the biggest plus point. I felt I had my own apartment. A large walk in closet was the best part. No unsightly luggage all over the room. Nearly hidden from sight. Lovely views of Coit Tower and the water too. Bathrooms need serious upgradation. Old tub and shower . Also new electricals in terms of modern switches etc needed. Hotel public areas are decidely run down. But the hotel has a warm and bustling atmosphere. Would have been great if long staying guests could be asked for their preferences etc. All in all I felt v comfortable here.

The Grove Inn was great for a quick trip into San Francisco. Close enough to the area. Be mindful it is San Francisco and the streets are definitely full of hilss. If you can walk, everything is close enough. If you can't, Ubers are always available. The hotel itself was clean and secure with the charm of the Victorian Homes that are known for the area. Will definitely return to stay again. Thank you Azizza!
