Surf shop in the hotel with multi-day rentals and lockers, near the beach is very convenient. Being at the far end of the strip, across from the Zoo helps with the noise and makes you feel less part of the concrete jungle that is Waikiki, but still close to businesses.

Staff was very helpful. One of them even gave us complimentary yummy treats for our birthdays. We loved the location. Close to everything. Rooms were clean. We tried dining at Dukes. Food was OK and overpriced.

Great hotel that is walkable to shopping and lots of restaurants. Only a few steps away to the beach. My room had a beautiful view of the beach. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Right on the beach. Amenities: Infinity pool. Room cleaning: Could be improved; dusting wasn’t thorough.

The resort was very nice and relaxing. Staff were friendly and kind and there were no issues with my reservation when checking in and checking out. Everything is accessible and walkable distance and I really enjoyed the stunning view of Kaanapali Beach. Definitely would come here again.

The staff was very helpful. The Longboard Club was a favorite and well worth the cost. The Longboard staff (Julie) and others were warm, attentive to our need and very welcoming. We appreciated to Executive Housekeepers immediate and attitude addressing the cleanliness of our room. She was open and honest about the condition and never became defensive or argumentative as we discussed our complaints. She deserves high marks for her excellent customer service and making the rest of out time at the hotel enjoyable.

I was pay for three bed and a last minute we make for two bed but the staff didn't give me a bigger room they give me only for two bed . So I was pay for a bigger room and they give me a small room because the 3rd person can't make it . And not remuneration.
