Everything about the hotel was very nice. All the staff were great, especially our check-in person, Gracie, and the water slide attendant. The rooms were clean and nice, plenty of shops and restaurants in and around the hotel within walking distance. Only negative was all the crowds and traffic, but I guess that’s what your going to get when you’re in the middle of Wakiki.

Nice view and pleasant atmosphere. Ice cream and smoothie store has rotten furniture.

We stayed for a week with family and had an amazing time

My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday.

Staff was very friendly. We always stay at Alohilani when he travel to Honolulu.

Overall the property was ok but the shower curtain had a fowl mildew odor.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay at Wakiki Outrigger Reef, you can walk right onto the beach from the hotel. The staff was great, there are dining options onsite and pools, one for everyone and a club option. Walkable dinners and shopping are easy and offer a tremendous amount of options close by. Our room was good, the bed was great!
