Over all we enjoyed our stay, is just one of the day there’s power outage that cause almost one full day not able to use the slide and thats the biggest reason we stay it’a the last week before going back to school for our kid

Place was immaculate and the staff could be nicer and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special.

Had a great stay there, it was our 7th anniversary and we loved the spa. Our massages were amazing the facials were out of this world. I would highly recommend this resort.

They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and we had to leave the temp off. We were scheduled to stay another night but we were so angry we left. We think we should be entitled to a refund.

There were 3 pools in the back and one in the courtyard and there were plenty of lounge chairs to use. There was a pool bar available.
