Excellent amenities and proximity to restaurants and town events. The villa I stayed in was nice. Housekeeping woke me up when I requested them not to several times for two days.

The facility is really pretty. However, short regarding to staff. parking is not well explained, currently going through maintenance like the A/C unit was not working on one side of the property. The restaurant did not have servers during breakfast.

This property is older but impeccably maintained. Staff is super friendly - especially Savanah, who greeted us with a smile and was helpful and kind in everyway. We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left. We encountered staff all over the resort and all were beyond friendly and kind. Thank you Tapatio Cliffs for saving our girls' trip! Best part is we stayed within the budget we had set for our lodging.
