The people who work at Pamusha make the place special. They are all very kind and helpful. The rooms some have been remodeled but lack of maintenance. We were put in a room and the AC started pouring water ater an hour .we had soaking wet towels trying to dry in the middle of the night. The next day we were moved to a different room because they could not fix the AC problem but the room was ols and had a smell. I must say besides that it was very clean. Breakfast is the same choices every day not much to choose from. For the price they need to improve because there are a lot of lodges in the area that are a lot cheaper and newer. Overall I would rate the employees as a 10 but the property is very run down.

I booked this stay at the end of our 10-day trip. I knew that we will be tired from all the safaris and strenuous activities and we needed to wind down and relax before heading home. Best decision ever! We were able to relax, enjoy each other's company but still enjoy watching the wildlife visiting the property. Every morning we were excited to look out the windows and see who has visited us this time. We had the best breakfast overlooking the watering hole. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice hotel, a bit expensive but worth it for the location and view. The only hotel I know that has vulture feeding after lunch. No need to feel guilty about food waste! Just out of town but free shuttle service. Amazing view of the bush and waterhole from the deck. Good food at reasonable prices. Large room with deck to enjoy the view.

The place is decent. Breakfast had some nice options. It’s not a buffet, it’s à la carte. It’s not a 5star hotel, so keep your expectations right. Usually you are there to explore not to chill in the hotel. For that purpose it was good. The only thing is that they don’t have housekeeping signs for your door. We usually don’t accept housekeeping until is extremely necessary, however there they enter your room everyday to prepare the room for your sleep. Once we asked to not be bothered in the reception, they respected. Overall the experience was good.

Staff was amazing from the time we got there till we left!

This is a true 5 star hotel . All the staff are so well trained . Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights and did not get bored . We ate all our meals at the hotel at Stanley Terrace and enjoyed everything we had . The view from the Terrace is amazing . The pool area is beautifully designed and not too busy . We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond.
