Great location, very clean hotel and great staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Birks Montreal. The lobby is beautiful and the smell absolutely fabulous. The hotel is well located, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are modern. Our room was on the 6th floor with a city view, it was surprisingly quiet, we slept very well. The bathrobes are luxurious but we’re surprised that there were no slippers. We took advantage to have drinks at the bar before going out for dinner and then had breakfast on our last day.

Very cool concept. Parking is a disaster. No room for our car. We were sent to a public lot a few streets away. No coffee maker in room and not available downstairs. Needed 15 min to warm up the drip. Cannot adjust room temperature. Was very warm. Washrooms are great and spacious. Amazing shower. No room for toiletry bags. Staff tried their best!

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice

Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines.

Room was super cute, very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in. Close to everything. We will go back!
