No tablet in room and no internet until last night even though we were promised a fix for the next day after checking in. Lots of kids in adult pool including naked boy during water aerobics and wet diapers by chairs. (2 kiddie pools). Service around pool was usually poor as 3 people were usually in gazebo doing nothing. Breakfast was great, some meals were great, a couple mediocre. (217 reviews) I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this special property. My wife enjoyed spa treatments in the spa, and we had a great couples massage in the room. Even without a/c, it always felt pleasant in our room. Jade Mountain is really a gem and we would highly recommend it.
