Pretty good overall
"Hotel was great…we thought it was a bit closer to Manhattan but we utilized the subway to get back and forth quite easily most of the time. The neighbourhood is not nice, it’s pretty sketchy but we didn’t feel “unsafe” but I wouldn’t be hangin around outside after 11:00 PM"

"We were sent away once arriving because they said they were NO LONGER A HOTEL. We were told it was now a HOMELESS SHELTER. It being a shelter now wasn't the problem, being told when we arrived was a shock to us. ●●●●□HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ●●●●"
