Stayed for one night. Juanita at front desk was lovely at our check in. She was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable on all the questions we asked. She even walked us to our room. And helped us with our luggage! Above and beyond.
There are 3 restaurants on site but we are dinner and breakfasts at The Loft. The service from Jayden and Jamilla was fantastic. So sweet, so knowledgeable on recommendations and just so professional yet warm.
The pool was sparking and clean.

"Food was out of this world, it was buffet for all meals. Some of the restaurants like Jacks and the Italian restaurant was closed. but the bay restaurant made up for it."
