What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The building is impeccably decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast - especially the home made waffles - was delicious and the garden was a haven of relaxation. Area was great and easy to navigate. Rooms were clean. Only thing about the room that could be improved is having the use of Netflix or other streaming services. They are smart tvs just no access to the menus for the tv.

The air conditioning stopped working around 22.00 and the night manager said that due the hot weather it switched off automatically due to the high volume uses... At least that's what we understood, not ideal when it is still mid 30-ish outdoors as it was 40 degrees during the day.

A unique boutique hotel which is truly 5 star

The room met our expectations...bed was comfortable...very nice room. Not too overpriced. Dinner was in a lovely setting, and the food was wonderful. The staff could not be nicer, or more helpful. Lovely experience to stay here.
