Hotel was fantastic real character and the staff were superb only drawback the restaurant was closed but they let us bring in Pizza

Room was clean and I even got a little upgrade! The staff are absolutely lovely and always ready to help and offer advice

The hotel did not have our room setup for four people, as the sleeper sofa bed was not even made. However, besides that, everything was okay.

Excellent staff and brilliant location

Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. Not at all what I would have expected from a luxury hotel. We did return to reception to discuss room options and were eventually moved to a more suitable room but this seemed to luck that there were any rooms suitable for 4 of us left. Would think of going back again but would be seriously concerned we could end up in a sub standard room.

Comfortable beds, clean, close to transit, shopping and restaurants. The apartment could use a little tcl but I would stay here again
