8.6/10 Excellent! (1,168 reviews)
Clean room and nice size. Unfortunately we were put in room 1117 which is right next to the lift so were kept awake by people talking with late at night and early morning. Couldn't hear the lift itself though which was good. Staff were polite and friendly but didn't tell us at check in that we would be charged an extra tax upon check out which woukd be deducted from pur deposit so that came as a surprise. Just could have been managed better. But overall a decent mainstream hotel.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (416 reviews)
We could not have been happier with our stay at the Fairmont Heritage Place on Ghiradelli Square. This place is amazing. Rooms spotless, well appointed and very spacious, views of bay were amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly to us at every single interaction of our stay; including the room attendants! Thanks to everyone there for a five star stay. We will definitely be back.

7.2/10 Good! (754 reviews)
I loved the proximity to the show that I was seeing… Five minutes walk and I was there. It was also cool having safe parking included that was accessible at any time, so I could leave at 6am and it was easypeasy .
