The room was very pleasant and surprisingly even with my horrific jet lag, instead of tossing and turning I had a wonderful sleep on the most comfortable mattress. The staff were super friendly and I had a lovely breakfast in a lovely space. If I ever return to Helsinki, I would want to stay there again. (429 reviews) Breakfast wasn’t applicable for us. Only downside is the stairs with luggage to get into the hotel. They don’t really give the best directions to avoid the cobblestones going around the hotel. Upon arrival there was no porter available to assist with the inconvenience on the stairs with 3 large suitcases. Room was an accessible room which they said was because it gave us more space. Not sure that was the case but by this stage we didn’t want to move after a long trip. The hotel was a 15 min from literally anywhere in the city. The hotel was clean, the room was cozy & efficient, we will be back!
