I arrived in the afternoon and the check-in was very smooth. The staff offered me water while I waited, which was a nice gesture after traveling for several hours. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept really well.

I think a lot of Western tourists might be leery because it's not a familiar brand, but it was a great property, great room, great staff. Very happy, would stay again. My only minor criticism is that the on-site restaurant/bar hours were a little erratic, but there's plenty of options within a very short (and safe) walk. Could also use a few more lounges around the pool.

Lovely hotel within walking distance from connaught place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection for dinner and the food was very good. Good selection for the buffet breakfast. Nice small pool area giving lovely reprieve from the heat. I would certainly stay here again. Thankyou

It was fine, but definitely not 5 star. I’d give it 3. The property is outdated, smells old, the staff is friendly but not international minded. There are better hotels nearby for almost the same price.
