Nice, clean functional rooms with access to a lovely balcony overlooking the street....very interesting as it is associated with the bar lounge upstairs and 3 quiet rooms in the back. Made to order nice breakfast served in the morning.....Xhoi was delightful and professional in serving us and helping me out when I clumsily fell and cut myself......thank you!!!!!!.....she is a gem.....the staff are all great and the location is great!

Strangest hotel I've ever stayed. When I checked in, there was a woman who spoke a few words of English working there. For the next four days, I never saw another soul, except a woman who was occasionally around, who spoke literally not a single word of English. I think she may have been a cook because I occasionally saw her standing in the empty dining room, when that was open. When I tried to indicate "Where hotel staff?" "Someone working?indicating the empty front desk, she had NO idea what I was asking. I came and went at my leisure but never again, night or day, saw anyone at the desk. And when it came time to check out, I just walked away. I very pleasant, clean, relaxing hotel, but the absolute absence of a staff was just weird.

Slow customer service.

The room was clean, unfortunately we had a jacuzzi experience in mind- however it turned out our room had a bath tub, we honestly struggled to use it , shower spills everywhere. On a brighter side- the staff were very lovely and helpful. Cheers to the Manager of the hotel and his team, they made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Breakfast wasn’t very great but manageable. A bit far from local ammentities, so if you want beach experience, going to the town centre be prepared to travel a bit.
