Great location close enough to walk to all the main sights yet on a very quiet street. The breakfast was generous and delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold options. I loved having the free water refill stations

This was the perfect spot to spend a few nights in Stockholm. It's in the middle of Gamla Stan and we had a few minutes walk to whereever we wanted to go. A couple caveats--we used a taxi and it was about a 5 minute walk over cobblestones to get to the apartment since there's no cars allowed. There's also 3 big steps to get into the building. If you are ok with that, you can't go wrong. You are staying in a home built in the 1300's in the best area to stay in Gamla Stan. It's very safe and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. A little out of the way for restaurant choices.

We had a late checkin and the hotel told us to inform the late arrival for key collection procedures as no one will be at the front desk. We informed them of late arrival. After 4 phone calls and 3 mail, no procedure for late arrival. Each time we called they said they will provide the instruction in the next few hours. No reply to the mail. They just spoiled our day of check in keeping us in very uncertain state.
