This hotel was a hidden gem I stumbled upon booking a last minute family vacation. Beautiful property. Tons of parking and things to do. Amazing pool and hot tub.

Had no coffee or cups in room for 2 days but staff was good to reimburse us for parking as positive gesture

Contactless doesn't really work that well they might give you a number to the room or its number to get in either way you need to stop at front desk and make sure. A keycard would solve this problem. There bathtub is highly slippery when taking a shower so be careful. Last but not least the checking or early check in process was not so great. I arrived at the property around 4am close to 5 i got to the front desk and was told no room was ready and for a extra fee i would have to pay for another day which i don't have with there rates at that time or cancel which i couldn't afford either. I had to wait till 2pm to checked in early when normal checking in was at 4pm. I sat and waited in the lobby for 10 hrs to get checked in. With that size of a building and room i would think they have one vacant room somehow. The older gentlemen who took over in the morning was very accommodating to my situation and was the only thing positive about the stay.
