Great Diamond Island Adults Only Holidays

It just felt really obvious all the different ways the parent co of Double Tree has cut corners to make hotels worse for patrons and employees in favor or shareholder wallets (despite prices being astronomically higher with no additional benefits to the patrons or staff)

The decor and private garden were nice, as was the self-service pantry on the 2nd floor. The destination fee was a little annoying on top of the proxy room rate, as the credit for the bar was not useful for one member of our party who does not drink. Very convenient to Old Port.

We had an enjoyable time. The hotel was in a nice location to restaurants & shopping. We were very appreciative of the shuttle guys!!

Everything excellent. One minor complaint would be that the beautiful and very well appointed room had a tiny bathroom with a shower than opened on to the toilet. A design fault.
