Property is in desperate need of a renovation. The bathroom appears to be about 50 years old. The room had an overwhelming fragrance that smelled like baby powder that made me think they were trying to cover an unpleasant odor. There were food crumbs beside the bed, so the room clearly hadn't been vacuumed.
The staff we encountered were friendly and that was the only redeeming quality.

Always a great stay at Hotel Dubrovnik, great and very helpful friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed, great breakfast/dinner and close to some great restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to any visitors

This was an excellent hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Zagreb. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms and bathroom. Fun Butler’s corner! Friendly, helpful staff. Great to have indoor pool and sauna too. Highly recommend it.
