I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel

I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! The food was fine, breakfast was great and worth the money and we did several lunches and one dinner. Expect all food to be expensive no matter where you eat, you’re on a tiny island that needs to import everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and large rooms, breakfast is just OK, lunch and dinner is great. Staff is nice and polite, but reception staff did not accommodate request for 1 hr extended checkout and offered 30 min room at the wrong time and enjoyed lecturing us. Not professional and did not end our stay on the good note. Reef for snorkelling in-front of the hotel is great.

Awesome resort! Restaurants were great too. Rooms were clean with nice views. Pools and amenities were exceptional. The beach was wonderful, lots of activities if you choose. Entire staff was helpful, Khem, Sley, Love, Fortune, David... too many to mention, all great. Excellent location for relaxation and peace and quiet. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Good value.
