The forced/sneaky/hidden “gratuities” are offputting. Check your bill. If you use the minibar they add a “gratuity” on top of the price. Gratuity for what? I picked up the item and poured it myself. I’m not going to “tip” when there’s no service.

It was super easy and quick to check in. It was a minimalist and efficient transaction and vibe all around. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us with separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We appreciated all the details such and soap, laundry detergent, dishes, many extra towels, etc. The full kitchen with large fridge and oven were great to make a pizza late at night. We will definitely stay here again when visiting ASU which is across the street. Thank you.
