Upper Middle Rhine Valley Adults Only Holidays

Neither advertised laundry service or guest self service laundry existed. We had to carry our dirty laundry across the bridge over the Rhine to a laundromat a mile away. Although not important to us, we noted that other advertised amenities were similarly not real. On our second night of prepaid stay, we were disturbed at 9:30 pm by banging on our door, told to open up (we did not) and vacate the room as we only had one night’s reservation and someone else had been booked into that room. We were spoken to very rudely. We refused to leave, and we’re told the next morning that one of staff changed our departure date on his own. We received a very brief apology but nothing more. No offer of refund, free breakfast, etc. Overall, this experience spoiled our visit to Bonn.

Understaffed restaurant.

One of the worst places I’ve been. It’s old, ugly, the bedroom looks like a prison cell, and there is barely anything. A disaster.

The hotel was nice and clean …hotel cleaners are exceptional in terms of cleaning the room, receptionists are also approachable and very helpful.
