Breakfast was sparse. Television didn’t work. Safe was locked before we arrived bed was good. Laundry was expensive. Clothes were returned damp. We did not advise management so they had no opportunity to correct wrongs

A lovely, charming place to stay, right in the middle of the Historic District of Cusco. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff goes out of its way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back.

This place is beautiful. The fact it has Inkan history makes it even more interesting. The staff was top notch. Jhon and Jose continually went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant, which has the most stellar view! The breakfast spread is better than the 2 other spots I stayed in Peru. It pretty much had anything I wanted, including fun fruits. This place is set atop a hill above an Observatory with the best views of the city and a great spot to watch the sunset. My absolute favorite part was the alpacas. They are SO cute!!! I would recommend this place 10/10.

Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times. The Pres Suite (Expedia promoted as 1 left and there is only 1) is right above a music conservatory who practices from midday until evening, except weekends. Staff is very accommodating and they make a great latte. The streamed jazz in the main hall was a plus. Ample teas and things to make altitude adjustment easier.

Hotel and staff is awesome and in a great location.

Great location to visit Machu Picchu for a morning visit.. we were able to get to sunrise on the mountain Service was impeccable and the garden in the lodge overlooking huayna Picchu was spectacular
