I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species.

This is an amazing property!! Everything is fantastic. It’s full of stairs so take your knees into consideration. It’s on the main road but in the Jungle… very beautiful. When it rains it pours and thats also something to experience! The pool is beautiful and the local dining options are endless.a

Nice hot spring outside of the room

I traveled here alone in early September. The property was beautiful! The rooms were very clean and modern, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The property is secure - I felt very safe there. The food was incredible, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I hope to come back with my family soon!
