Good location. Terrible service especially at check-in. I picked this hotel as it was mentioned online it got through some renovation. Well the room we got was in a bad shape. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Old bath. Awfully noisy air conditioning. And the worst of all : super noisy like the windows were not closed even though they were closed. Worst hotel nights I got in 25 years. Parking is convenient but really expensive and not included in price. It is super hot in the parking and there is no trailer available to carry luggages from car to lobby. The pool is nice. Probably the only positive experience aside from the fact it is not well indicated (the 27th floor is advertised everywhere while the family pool is actually on 2d floor). Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend the place.

It’s easy to give a good review when all goes well but when there’s problems can the staff handle it. In our case the staff made the difference between a disaster and an excellent experience. During our stay Toronto was in the middle of a heatwave and in the middle of the night our air conditioner stopped working, it became so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep. We contacted the management first thing in the morning, within 35 minutes they moved us to an upgraded room and helped with the move. Outstanding service, thank you. This boutique hotel is perfectly located, clean and has wonderful character. Highly recommended.
