Hibiscus Coast Adults Only Holidays

Super comfy bed, nice quiet room at end of corridor. Breakfast had a good selection, addition of hot cross buns was a nice touch. Hotel was very busy, we chose not to dine there in the evening, not far away are many fast food places and a supermarket. Overall the property is a bit tired, but great amenities and bonus late afternoon/ early evening walk around the little lake path saw a lovely sunset.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower. And steps from the international terminal.

Nice hotel. Close to airport with great shuttle with friendly driver. Reception staff fabulous. Room was comfortable with lovely beds. Walking distance to other eateries and a pub

This resort has the potential to be 5-star if they can get their “front of house” figured out. First - the room and general accommodations, location and beach access are amazing. Here’s where they lose points - you cannot get around the grounds on foot - the reception is half way up the hill, and once u check in you have to park at the very top (which gets locked at 7pm) and the meet you with valet golf cart service - which at first seemed great, until we found out it wasn’t unlimited service. We did get cart service to our reservation for dinner and the wait staff arranged pick up and return to our room - there were a few folks waiting who hadn’t prearranged this. The return back in the dark, very windy cart paths were, at times, a bit scary. But the driver was courteous and safe. The check out is at 11! Which we thought was awesome bc our room included bfast so we planned to go eat around 830 then spend an hour leisurely packing up with one last coffee on our deck (with award winning views!) but NO. We were informed that we could only get cart service to our car and we would have to drive to bfast - so here’s the thing - you can’t (like ur not allowed) walk from the parking back to the rooms - and honestly u wouldn’t want to - it’s steep and designed for the carts. Customer service - apart from the cart drivers - was lacking, young likely poorly trained staff seemed relatively disinterested in providing the advertised 5-star service But - the potential is def there.
