Enjoyed the Fairmont Gold Experience. Gold Lounge was closed for renovations on our last day, but the hotel took great care of us in the restaurant for breakfast. We will be back.

Great old hotel, spa treatment was wonderful.

Check in was easy and room was quiet Coffee available in the lobby early morning

Staff were very accommodating & pleasant. Everything was made very easy.

Rooms decent, breakfast was poor, they didn’t even have scrambled eggs which is pretty much basic every where you go. If you want an affordable place to stay it’s ok but if you expect a decent breakfast you won’t get that. One strange thing is at checkin the person at the desk asked if it was ok to copy my id and credit card. I’ve never heard that before and to add to that my accommodation was already fully paid online, this transaction was just for the security deposit. I objected of course because that was really weird.
