Room was very basic & ensuite was cold & unwelcoming with a shower over bath with a shower curtain which I haven't had since I was a teenager 40 years ago.

Room was lovely and clean. All the staff were attentive and courteous.

The staff were very courteous and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room was spotless and very quiet. The staff were very helpful for checking in and checking out. I don’t think it’s because of my disabilities I think they were just very helpful. Breakfast was very good. With a range of juices and fruits. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Stunning facility that was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with my upgrade and meal at the restaurant. The bar was also great. The only disappointment was that my 6am wake-up call didn't come as I requested. Otherwise, very happy.

The spa is no longer included with the room price when booking through Expedia. This was not made clear on the booking. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and the laminate floor was all blistered and burst.

Wonderful hosts - Graham and Sheena are extremely focused on making everyone’s stay memorable. The beds are extremely comfy too! Beautifully kept carriage house in a central spot to visit many gems in the area. Was a very relaxing enjoyable stay!

Staff team were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Spa and swimming pool were fantastic.
