Wondeful hotel. Great attentive staff

This was a gorgeous apartment. Everything was so convenient. Things were nearby and the view was amazing from the room. Also, it was great that they gave us complementary items for breakfast. Thank you for a lovely time.

Felt it was a bit overpriced and undelivered. Bit of a communication mismatch. No offer of help with luggage, Breakfast was not served - it was a buffet. View from our very pricey rooms was of a tarmaced roof which had had several seagull visits. I know dealing with those characters and their calling cards is allied with cleaning the Augean stables.Seagulls do what seagulls do. However I'm sure the hotel would be just perfect for golfers. One of my chums wanted to see the course which is why I had booked the hotel. Certainly the view of the golf course from the front door and porch was stunning. Staff I met were pleasant and well presented. I would recommend the hotel to golfers.

A top property to plan into any highland trip, especially the NC500. Faultless no, but any issue was addressed immediately and in a professional manner

Beautiful buildings and location. Staff were fabulous. Food exquisite and wine selection very nice!

Not up to the standards of other properties we have been staying in

The rooms were very dated. No charging outlets for electronics. Our TV was the size of a small computer monitor. The rooms were not indicative of the price charged. Having said that the staff were amazing and we loved the lounge.
