Booked this for my mum and dad and they said how the hotel was very convenient to the local attractions however the rooms where not cleaned well at all, the dust on the bedside table, dressing table and tv was obvious to the eye. Not meeting their expectations.

Everything was nice staff lovely good food outdoor hottub lovely pool and indoor hottub nice
Downside we wanted to stay another night but they wouldn’t let us stay in room we had to pack all up and move rooms so once we packed we just left more hassle than it was worth

I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive.
