Paid £230 +£24 for breakfast for a deluxe room booked a month ago for my sons graduation got keys for room 5oclock room was filthy carpet had dirt spots all over it bathroom had mould and hairs and dirt everywhere tiles never had been cleaned was given another room on the seventh floor a bit cleaner but had no option had meal booked for 6.30 told reception next morning done nothing never seen worse

Excellent hotel, location and parking. Reception and bar staff - great! Breakfast - good if you like dried out bacon (cardboard).

The staff are very friendly . The room was clean and everything was as expected.

We loved our time we had two I love the location the decor the staff the breakfast everything the bar the cocktails .. I could not fault this hotel It felt like a was personal guest at this hotel yet it was professional

Easy access and excellent location. The place was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Very convenient right in the heart of the city, with parking adjacent. Lovely room and helpful, friendly staff

We had a 7th floor room with sporadic AC. The AC vents blew air in your face when sleeping. The shower was not a 5 star room shower. The meals were fair and you were required to purchase 2-3 courses for a set price. We had to pay for breakfast and it was worse than all the 5 star hotels we previously stayed at on our trip. The other hotels offered a free breakfast. Front desk service was sporadic and made an awful first impression. Not enough staff in the restaurants in off season. I do not know how they plan to handle the summer. Bottom line, stay somewhere else for the money. This hotel does not offer a five star experience but they do charge a five star price.

one of the best ive stayed in for 30 years of working away. Clean, Quiet and safe parking. Everything you could need when away from home. A*****
