Great location and friendly staff.

Clean room Comfortable bed Good night time entertainment

Really nice hotel, staff on reception were lovely, bed was incredibly comfortable and only a short walk from the centre which was ideal (and really close to the famous markets which was a plus in the mornings) Only downfall would be the water pressure in the shower, it was impossible to wash hair in unless you had all day the water was dripping from the shower head rather than a stream of water but that’s the only thing that let the place down

Room was very clean, hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly and quick to help. The breakfast buffet was well appointed, options for everyone! So many amenities in walking distance and easy to get transport around Belfast.

Staff were brilliant, room was spotless, but bar prices are very expensive and the breakfast was disappointing and cold .

Wonderful staff, nice place, floors usually creak, but it is part of the buildings that have history, I loved the little history and the characters honored
