He ido en muchas ocasiones a este hotel y me encanta. No es demasiado grande y su playa es maravillosa. El área de la piscina es muy bonita y todos los empleados son muy amables. Que tiene de negativo? La comida, pero si usted valora más el entorno, disfrutará su estancia, pero deberían mejorarla sobre todo en calidad. Volveré de nuevo? Si!

The area was beautiful, staff very friendly people, cleaning the rooms every day, not sure about restaurants i attended only the French I loved the food and serving, the other restaurants were booked in advance. The food in buffet needs improvement, Generally I would go back again I liked the resort.

Someone stole my phone from my room there , unbelievable and I had a sign for the room not to be clean by room service

There was no hot water and I had to shower with cold water. There mold in the shower and there was no washcloths.

The owner was completely unreachable - all calls went to voicemail and messages through the booking platform, emails, and texts went unanswered. After waiting two hours in the scorching sun with my luggage, I was forced to book a last-minute hotel at premium rates. The owner finally responded the next day with a brief, unapologetic message claiming "phone issues" and offering to let me check in a day late - without any compensation. When I requested a refund citing their failure to provide the agreed-upon accommodation, they refused, hiding behind their strict cancellation policy. The booking platform has been equally unhelpful, siding with the owner despite clear evidence of communication failure. I strongly caution anyone considering this property or owner. What should have been the start of a relaxing vacation turned into an expensive, stressful ordeal that could have been avoided with basic professional courtesy. One star, and that's being generous.
