I love the place, it's clean and comfortable.

Clean room and amenities were great

The staff were really nice, attentive respectful. We had a great view wonderful the rooms were excellent comfortable beds. The place felt safe nothing weird the security was on point. The shampoo and soap you’re provided did suck a bit compared to many other places I have stayed at. But it’s okay . We did stay two nights and room service didn't stop by to clean or change sheets but not a deal breaker for us. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice.

Some buildings are very far away from the lobby etc.

Clean Room friendly staff

The hotel staff were great! The restaurant was extraordinary. Ginger was a great waitress! The spa service was relaxing. Rose did an excellent job. I gave it 4 stars based on price alone. The hotel room had standard amenities and standard size. Nothing special and not worth $450/night. Would definitely go back to restaurant.

This hotel is top of the top! The staff make you feel like royalty! Beautiful amenities and such a luxurious atmosphere!

Property is always a fun trip.

The parking it’s super expensive 38 self parking and 48 valet per day that is ridiculous

Very friendly,clean and spacious

The resort was very nice and pleasant... staff was very friendly as well. What i didn't like was the in-adequate staffing at the bar and restaurant. The resort charges lots of taxes on everything you purchase plus tips...
