Trondelag Adults Only Holidays

The apartment was fine but there were ants and flies all over the place. Also we were not sent a key code or instructions for getting in. I had to call them which resulted in fees on my phone.

Front desk was very unhelpful as they didn’t have the right information on offsite parking. They don’t provide parking like other Clarion’s we have stayed at. They told us to download an app in which we did, but it said it was going to validate and it never did . We spent 3 hours conversing with them that we couldn’t get the app and it might have been because we were from another country. Because of that they told us we would have to pay 6.99 in and out fee and 6.99 per hour when we were parked because we couldn’t get the app. Being there hours and the in and out fee would have amounted to over 100 dollars a night for parking . I only Paid 179 for the room. Finally with no option without an app I decide to go and park to only find out that I could pay each day a fixed rate of 39.00. Because of their ineptitude, I wasted 3 hours of my time in Trondheim trying to figure out the parking without the help of the staff. Very unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed at 2 other Clarions in Norway and they were wonderful and accommodating.

Great location

It is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is amazing. Our service during our first breakfast was very good. The second day not so much. Ended up getting my own coffee cup then my own coffee. It would be nice if the front desk kept some cash so that I could have tipped the door man. I walked 2 blocks to get cash from the ATM. I got 500 Nok bills. Front desk couldn’t make change. Door man got no tip.
