The apartment was fine but there were ants and flies all over the place. Also we were not sent a key code or instructions for getting in. I had to call them which resulted in fees on my phone.

The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. I asked at check-in for my room to be serviced each day but it was not serviced during my stay.

Great Hotel. Friendly staff. Restaurant on 9th floor, was the best meal. So delicious and friendly staff. Views too. Perfect location. Easy walk everywhere. A short walk to our cruise terminal was a bonus.

Check in was super slow but that was the only complaint. Cozy pub on the bottom floor. Nice breakfast.

Avec ses 3 fenêtres, la chambre était bien aérée même sans air climatisé. Par contre, on indiquait un sofa dans la chambre qui n’y était pas. ☹️

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. My room was comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Trondheim. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high quality options. The location was also perfect and made it easy to walk to many of the city’s attractions. My stay at Hotel Britannia made my time in Norway even more memorable. I left feeling relaxed and well cared for, and I would gladly stay again.
