Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

If 10 stars were available I’d give the Lapland 10 stars. An excellent hotel in a great location with a calm, beautiful ambiance and the most lovely, friendly, kind staff, ever! This hotel deserves superlative reviews. The breakfast was better than any other hotel breakfast we’ve had anywhere in the world. Name it, they offer it. We dined there the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel. Delicious food and wine. There is a sauna that we never used but our friend did and she said it was great. Our bed was very comfortable and there was even Lapland music piped into our rooms. We are quite particular but we could not name one area in which the hotel could improve. Thank you everyone at Lapland. You made our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable!

I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.
