Hausruckviertel Adults Only Holidays

I wanted to spend three nights in this spa Hotel, but unfortunately, I was ill the day I was scheduled to travel to the hotel, so ended up spending only two nights. I was met at the hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who had arranged an upgraded room, given that I was unable to arrive the first evening. This was very appreciated, even if not necessary - I would have been content in the room I'd booked. Unfortunately, I was only able to spend one evening enjoying the extensive spa facilities and pool area offered by the hotel due to a set of circumstances, but I would love to come back when I can spend more time. The small town of Grossarl was very pleasant, with a variety of restaurants and shops. I would imagine it to be quite nice in the winter months as well.

The facilities available at the property for location and value for money were excellent! We didn’t do the buffet breakfast as this was 28 EUR pp but the gym and sauna were excellent and the check in and check out experience incredibly efficient also. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had an excellent night’s sleep - would come back!

Home away from home. Fantastic in all of the property we have been in Europe so far. Great place to be!

Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing.

On the way to Salzburg from Munich, something was wrong with the train that everyone had to get off and figured out our own transportation. Upon arrival at Hotel Stein, my friend and I were hot, exhausted and a bit disheveled. Alexander at the front desk greeted us with ultimate comfort and hospitality. He offered us prosecco (which calmed our nerves) and Mozart chocolates (which cheered our mood significantly), gave us wonderful suggestions of what to do in Salzburg and was just so personable. Over the three days we were there, the most impressive was the professionalism of the staff. The location was superb as well. In the heart of Salzburg, it was easy to walk everywhere but you don’t hear any street noise while inside. Highly recommend!

Hotel Holle is well located with excellent access to Salzburg. Bus passes are provided free by the hotel and the bus stop is a short walk away. The immaculately clean, well equipped room was a good size. The shower was especially good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal was good and the beer was reasonably priced. Would happily stay again if I returned to Salzburg.

Check in hours are specified but you can coordinate for if you arrive out of those times. Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, nice soaps. Good value and only about 20 min walk to Salzburg old town central. Easy to get to via public transit from airport (one bus). Strong recommendation when you consider value for money and efficiency! I would gladly stay again and recommend for those traveling to Salzburg.
