I loved the location. walking distance to old town, The sawmill next door was great. Loved the level 5 view. I would go back.

Great all around experience

The hotel seems to want to be a high end hipster place with crazy expensive in room items ($15 for a tiny container of sunscreen, for example). The W this is not even though lighting in the room was dim. It was also quite loud in the room, both from the loud A/C unit and pool music. They were apparently aware of this as I did discover ear plugs in the bathroom amenity bin. The shower water was lukewarm. The only info available was via a QC code on the key envelope. It did not indicate where/if one could get coffee since there wasn't a coffee maker in the room (answer via text with front desk because there are no phones: in the lobby at 6 AM). It also did not say anything about the 24/7 airport shuttle that was included in their profile on Hotels.com (per text with front desk, there is no such shuttle). No clock (digital or otherwise) in the room. On first day, I left at 8:39 AM and when I returned at 3:30 PM housekeeping had not been by. All that said, the room itself was pleasant enough. Wifi was fine and I enjoyed the retro Bluetooth speaker/radio. I would not go back, though.
