Beautiful on the surface and the staff were fantastic (shout out to Richard). Pools were okay, but the 20% mandatory gratuity on everything was rough, and the drinks and food were extremely expensive. Only 1 pool bar was open, and the sound system cut in and out the entire time. Paid extra for the "mountain view" and it was mostly obstructed by trees. Any time you used the sink, it stunk up the entire room...but it was clean and the bed was really comfy. Theres no walk ways so youre at risk of getting run over if you dont call for a ride from the bell desk. Best suited to able-bodied people due to the expansive, steep layout. Overally satisfied, but likely wouldn't stay again just based on the cost and mandatory gratuity.
