"Staff was EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. I assumed boat transportation would be as easy as other parts of the lake which led me to not have transportation when it was time for me to arrive at the hotel. The hotel was incredibly helpful and helped me get on a public boat which saved me from paying ..."
